Position Summary:
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for the successful delivery of banking transformation, regulatory, modernization, and technology initiatives. The role provides leadership across business, technology, vendor, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Own project planning, execution, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, compliance, and risk requirements are incorporated into project delivery.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and program updates.
Experience & Skills
• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in banking and financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration, modernization, or regulatory programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, lending, payments, deposits, or core banking platforms preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

• Milestones delivered on schedule and within agreed scope.
• Risks identified and managed proactively.
• Strong stakeholder confidence and executive visibility.
• Clear governance and issue resolution process maintained throughout delivery.
