Job Title: Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers)

Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) – On Company Payroll

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedDeputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing onchiller installation, commissioning, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manageend-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus onchillers
• Overseeinstallation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
• Ensure adherence toproject timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate withclients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
• Drivesite planning, execution strategy, and resource management
• Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
• Ensure compliance withEHS and quality norms
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
• Support project closure includinghandover, documentation, and billing coordination

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
• Strong experience inChiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing)
• Hands-on exposure toproject management & site execution
• Experience working withlarge commercial / industrial HVAC projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding ofcontracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle

Preferred Background:

• Candidates fromHVAC / MEP / Building Services industry
• Experience in companies handlingchiller-based HVAC projects
• Exposure toproject management tools and site execution practices
