Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master with experience in Banking and Financial Services projects. The candidate will coordinate project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders, track progress, and support timely delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project activities across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Vendor teams.
Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, backlog readiness, and delivery commitments.
Prepare concise project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
Support requirements clarification, UAT coordination, production releases, and post-go-live support.
Escalate delivery risks promptly and drive issues through to closure.
Ensure adherence to Agile practices and organizational project governance standards.
