Job Description

Location: Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Querétaro (Hybrid – 3 days per week at Infosys Office)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Jira Product Discovery (JPD) to support a large-scale enterprise implementation of the Atlassian ecosystem. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Jira Product Discovery, roadmap management, product discovery processes, and Agile delivery practices.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to establish and optimize discovery spaces, roadmap structures, prioritization frameworks, and product planning processes. This individual must be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, providing guidance to senior leadership while delivering hands-on configuration and administration support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, configuration, and administration of Jira Product Discovery (JPD) environments.
• Design and organize discovery spaces, idea structures, and product discovery workflows.
• Support migration activities from Roadmunk to Jira Product Discovery.
• Configure and maintain prioritization views, roadmap views, and delivery integration frameworks.
• Develop and manage roadmaps at product line, business line, and executive reporting levels.
• Create stakeholder-specific roadmap views and visibility structures.
• Connect product discovery initiatives to Jira delivery workflows and execution processes.
• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Product Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define effective discovery and prioritization processes.
• Drive adoption and best practices across Jira Product Discovery implementations.
• Engage with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to support product planning and roadmap discussions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations leveraging Jira Product Discovery and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for product management, discovery, and roadmap governance practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, product management support, business analysis, Atlassian administration, or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira Product Discovery (JPD) implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Proven experience designing and managing discovery spaces, idea hierarchies, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience supporting or leading migrations from Roadmunk or similar roadmap management platforms.
• Strong expertise creating roadmap views for multiple stakeholder groups, including executive leadership teams.
• Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.
• Experience connecting discovery activities with delivery and execution workflows.
• Ability to support Product Managers and Scrum Masters with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills

• Atlassian certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Jira implementations.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or Agile portfolio planning frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding, and portfolio visibility solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Experience integrating Jira Product Discovery with enterprise delivery management processes.
