Role Overview:
- We are looking for seasoned Scrum Masters / Release Train Engineers (RTEs) who go beyond facilitation and bring strong ownership of delivery, technical acumen, and data-driven leadership. The ideal candidate will drive both product and engineering teams, enforce Agile discipline, and proactively manage risks, while leveraging tools like Jira and AI platforms (e.g., Copilot) to enhance delivery outcomes and executive reporting.
- Note: SAFe or Agile certifications alone are not sufficient; proven hands-on experience is mandatory.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15 years of Agile delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on Scrum Master / RTE experience in large-scale environments.
- Expert-level Jira & JQL knowledge is mandatory.
- Ability to drive both product and engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
