About The Client:
The Client is an American-owned company based in the US with offices in India and the Philippines. A tech-forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US mortgage, insurance, and banking industries.
About The Job:
- The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- This role will own Jira workflows, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain transparency on timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Manage Jira boards, workflows, and reporting to ensure project visibility
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming)
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to prioritize work
- Document project requirements, updates, and lessons learned
- .3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum master’s in technology projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (boards, automation, reporting)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint and backlog management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- .High competency in Jira, project tracking, and reporting metrics
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
- Leadership skills in guiding teams through Agile processes
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving project needs
