Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Capital Markets experience to manage and deliver technology projects within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects from initiation through delivery.
• Work closely with business, technology, product, and operations teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Capital Markets and Investment Banking functions.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project progress.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Experience working with trading, equities, fixed income, derivatives, securities, or related financial products.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
