- Work extensively withiCertis CLM system for contract creation, approval workflows, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure contract processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Understand data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Run queries usingSAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or similar tools.
- Analyze data connections and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and documentbusiness requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Conductgap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and executeUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Write test scripts and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
