Summary:
The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End (E2E) Experience Design & Delivery: Lead full-lifecycle digital initiatives from user research, discovery, and journey mapping through wireframing, sprint development, and deployment, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Champion and integrate AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and tools into team workflows, digital features, content generation, and project management operations to drive automation and efficiency.
- Agile & Hybrid Workflow Management: Facilitate sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives) while managing milestones, delivery risks, and cross-departmental dependencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers, digital marketing, content teams, engineering squads, and regional business units to align project goals, technical scope, and delivery timelines.
- Tooling & Backlog Administration: Build, maintain, and administer project boards, documentation, sprint backlogs, and roadmaps in Jira and Confluence.
- Creative Asset & Content Coordination: Liaise between creative and technical teams to ensure digital assets (web banners, UI comps, interactive modules) meet brand standards and technical specs, utilizing Adobe Photoshop for quick asset review, layer inspection, and format verification.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & UAT Governance: Partner with QA teams to define test criteria, coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), triage defect backlogs, and validate final user journey fidelity prior to launch.
- KPI Monitoring & Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on core performance KPIs (conversion rates, CSAT, task completion rates, engagement metrics) by reviewing quantitative product analytics and qualitative customer feedback to fuel iterative enhancements.
Required Qualification:
- Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience within digital product, digital marketing, agency, or consumer technology environments.
- E2E Experience Design Lifecycle: Proven track record orchestrating projects across the complete design lifecycle (discovery, UX/UI, wireframing, build, validation, and release).
- AI, ML & LLM Familiarity: Hands-on experience or demonstrated familiarity with AI, Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, and generative AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for process automation, workflow optimization, or feature deployment.
- QA & Validation Ownership: Direct experience managing QA/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and release sign-offs for digital experiences.
- Data & KPI Focus: Demonstrated capability in analyzing quantitative analytics and customer sentiment/feedback to measure project impact and recommend continuous optimizations.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present roadmaps, business impacts, and project health metrics to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Methodology Expertise: Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum frameworks, with demonstrated experience adapting workflows to hybrid delivery models (combining Agile sprint execution with structured milestone governance).
- Tools & Software Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Jira (backlog management, sprint setup, workflow customization) and Confluence (knowledge base creation, project hubs).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (mastery of Excel for data modeling/tracking and PowerPoint for executive presentation decks).
- Working familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud (ability to open, inspect layers, verify resolutions, export digital assets, and collaborate smoothly with visual designers).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster / CSM).
- Experience with AI-assisted product design, digital customer care bots, or enterprise AI workflow integrations.
- Experience with enterprise digital experience platforms, Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), or eCommerce environments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-matrix global organization
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $60.03/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
