Project Manager

What you will do:

• Lead the development of theproject charter and project management plan, overseeing project execution, monitoring, control, and key trade-off decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders todefine and refine project scope, secure appropriate approvals, and develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop and manage theproject Gantt chart, including critical path analysis and oversight of major workstreams.
• Collaborate with leadership and/or the Project Manager to establish and manageproject budgets, monitoring costs and ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
• Partner with the project team to develop and maintainQuality Plans, applying appropriate quality planning tools and techniques.
• Develop and manage theproject risk management plan, identifying and assessing risks and implementing effective mitigation and response strategies.
• Contribute to the development of theProcurement Management Plan and support the selection of procurement partners.
• Estimate, acquire, and allocate project resources. Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables, and provide feedback to functional managers to support performance reviews.
• Develop and executestakeholder and communication management plans, ensuring stakeholder expectations, project updates, decisions, and changes are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across functions and demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant quality systems.
• Demonstratestrong emotional intelligence, remaining calm under pressure and effectively navigating conflict.
• Drive results in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing demanding timelines and stepping up to take additional responsibility when needed.
• Lead and motivate teams by aligning the right people to the right tasks, maintaining team morale, and recognizing individual and team contributions.
• Influence without direct authority, building alignment and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Incorporate end-user feedback throughout the project lifecycle and clearly communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders.
• Connect project objectives tobroader organizational goals and prioritize activities and schedules accordingly.
• Keep thecustomer at the heart of decision-making.
• Exercise sound judgment, balancing benefits and risks to make effective decisions, even in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrate agrowth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Take on additional role-specific technical responsibilities, knowledge, or capabilities as required by the local hiring manager.

Required Skills:
• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications :
• PMP or equivalent preferred
