Your Role
This position will primarily be responsible to interface with clients and execute data and analytics projects successfully; Play an important role to prepare project plan, establish project governance, managing budgets, monitoring progress, collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading project team; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AI, ML and GenAI programs and projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and execution strategies from project initiation through successful deployment and business adoption
  • Manage vendor, partner, and client engagements, ensuring timely issue resolution, expectation management, and successful collaboration
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes, improve team productivity, and accelerate AI adoption
  • Track and control the progress, project milestones, unforeseen delays and risks, then realign as per expectations
  • Manage the project team effectively and deliver high quality work products
  • Measure the project performance continuously and take actions as required
  • Ensure good client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 12yearsof experience inInformation Technology.
  • Japan citizens and those authorized to work inJapan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • At least10 yearsof experience inProject Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least10years of experience in project management
  • At least 5 years of experience inAI/ML, Gen AI, Data and Analytics domain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

必須スキル (RequiredQualifications)
  • 認定機関における学士号、または同等の海外学位を有すること。なお、学歴の代替として、各学年に対して当該分野での3年間の段階的な実務経験を考慮する場合がある。
  • IT（情報技術）分野において、12年以上の実務経験を有する。
  • 日本国籍を有する方、または日本国内で就労可能な資格を有する方。なお、現時点ではビザスポンサーシップの提供は行っておりません。
  • プロジェクトマネジメント分野において、10年以上の実務経験を有する。
歓迎スキル (Preferred Qualifications)
 
  • プロジェクトマネジメント分野において、10年以上の実務経験を有すること。
  • AI/ML、生成AI（GenAI）、データおよびアナリティクス領域において、5年以上の実務経験を有する。
  • 優れた口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション能力を有する。
  • ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する実務経験を有する。
  • 多様な関係者が関与する環境において、チームの一員として効果的に協働できる能力を有する。
