Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager with a strong delivery track record, preferably someone who has worked withApple or similar high-performance product organizations. This role demands precision, ownership, and the ability to drive complex projects like a conductor leading a fast-moving orchestra.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and adherence to business goals
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team alignment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
• Prior experience working withtop product-based companies (Apple preferred)
• Strong expertise inAgile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with distributed/global teams

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer products, mobile applications, or large-scale platforms
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level
• Background in handling high-visibility or mission-critical projects
