Pay Range: $70 - $74.99/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Support multiple enterprise-level projects requiring collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate with line of business/function managers and subject matter experts.
Create and report on plans and resource assignments through status reports.
Provide direction to workstream leads to meet program needs.
Ensure program activities are aligned for benefits realization.
Follow risk management plans and ensure compliance with company requirements.
Proactively identify risks and develop solutions, determining when issues require escalation.
Lead teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.
Comply with the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Experience in planning and executing "readiness" plans, including client and teammate communications and training.
Organizational Change Management experience.
PMP Certification.
Financial Services Project Management experience.
10+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager leading enterprise-level efforts.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
