Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud data warehouse, data lakehouse, and enterprise analytics projects.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Manage multiple workstreams across data engineering, data integration, cloud infrastructure, reporting, and analytics.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and project status reviews.
Oversee the implementation and enhancement of cloud data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, data modeling, and consumption layers.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Lead legacy data warehouse modernization and migration initiatives from platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza, or on-premises Hadoop to cloud solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

10+ years of IT project/program management experience.
5+ years managing Snowflake or cloud data platform initiatives, data migration, ETL/ELT, and Agile delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering enterprise data warehouse, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and analytics projects.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, SQL, data modeling, data integration, and cloud data ecosystems.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
Snowflake certification or equivalent platform expertise.
Experience with data integration and orchestration tools like dbt, Airflow, Informatica, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automated data pipeline deployment.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise analytics platforms
