Job Overview

Hydro Building Systems (HBS) specializes in aluminium façade, windows, doors, railings, and sliding door systems under brands including Technal, Wicona, and Sapa.

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in fenestration, façade, aluminium fabrication, or related building systems to manage project execution, technical coordination, quality, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, fabricators, vendors, and internal technical teams.

• Provide training and support on fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.

• Provide production and technical support to fabricators and project teams.

• Review shop drawings and support the technical team in resolving design-related issues.

• Conduct quality inspections of fabricated and installed products.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and quality documentation.

• Visit customer factories and project sites to monitor product quality and compliance with standards.

• Assist fabricators in producing quality products as per defined SOPs and specifications.

• Identify and resolve technical and quality-related issues at site.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Engineering; Engineering degree preferred.

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Fenestration, Façade, Aluminium Fabrication, or related industries.

• Experience with aluminium façade/window systems and fabrication processes is preferred.

• Good understanding of engineering drawings.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Willingness to travel to customer factories and project sites.

• Strong focus on quality, execution, and timely project delivery.
