Project Manager

CrossTech is seeking aProject Manager on an ongoing basis to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring that all technical and business deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership skills, a solid understanding of software development and infrastructure processes, and experience managing projects in an Agile or hybrid environment. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple medium-to-large initiatives

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership teams

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality metrics to ensure successful delivery

• Coordinate technical teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards

• Track project milestones, update forecasts, and report progress to leadership through dashboards and status meetings

• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost through structured change control processes

• Facilitate daily or weekly Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure alignment with business goals

• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on delivery

• Partner with Program Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure integration across systems and teams

• Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, resource allocations, and risk registers

• Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects

• Working knowledge ofAgile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycle best practices

• Proficiency withproject management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding ofSDLC processes, testing methodologies, and release management

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel

• Effective communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders and technical teams

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project management certification

• Experience managing cloud, data, or digital transformation projects

• Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and enterprise governance practices
