Project Manager

About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Treasury & Global Markets, particularly within Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange (FX) domains, to support strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• The successful candidate will drive project planning, stakeholder coordination, requirements management, delivery monitoring, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• This role will augment delivery capacity for ongoing business-critical initiatives requiring specialized Treasury domain knowledge.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and manage Treasury & Global Markets projects from initiation through delivery.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution governance.
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Support Fixed Income and FX-related initiatives, including business transformation and operating model enhancements.
• Facilitate process improvement and automation initiatives across Treasury functions.
• Prepare project status reports, governance updates, and management presentations.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Drive change management activities and support user adoption during project implementation.

Qualifications:

• Strong Project Management experience within Banking Treasury & Global Markets.
• Proven expertise in Fixed Income Products and FX Products.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects and transformation programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Delivery Governance, project controls, and reporting.
• Experience in Change Management and process automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, etc.) are desirable.
• Experience working within Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, or Global Markets environments is highly preferred.
