Project Manager - Madison, WI - Contract - $44-54 Per HR
Join our team as a Project Manager in a dynamic hybrid setting in Madison, WI. This contract role involves managing strategic IT projects, requiring strong leadership and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management methodologies and possess technical and business analysis expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, and other artifacts to include scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and tools - 10 years.
- Direct experience managing large-scale IT projects involving multiple technical resources and diverse stakeholders - 10 years.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools, including data analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling - 10 years.
- Experience creating technical specifications and system designs for custom application development - 10 years.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to prioritize and meet project objectives.
