Experience & Skills

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in project management.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in various stages of completion, managing submittals, meetings/minutes, scope, billings and cost control, quality, safety, and close-out.

• High sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong customer and subcontractor relationship-building skills.

• Experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and field operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; weatherproofing/waterproofing, rehab/restoration, or building envelope experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus.

• Strong understanding of project financial management.

• Scope development and estimating/pricing experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license.
