• Project Governance & Delivery: Drive end-to-end management of complex technology and business projects from inception through execution and closure.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, business partners, and technical leads across Capgemini, Brokerage Firm, and key client groups.

• Communication & Facilitation: Lead steering committee meetings, status calls, executive briefings, and cross-functional workshops with absolute clarity and executive presence.

• Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, scope definitions, resource allocation models, timelines, and budgets.

• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and critical path bottlenecks.

• Agile / Waterfall Methodology: Enforce framework standards (Agile/Scrum or Hybrid/Waterfall), running daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:12 to 15 years of progressive Project Management experience, preferably withinFinancial Services, Investment Banking, or Global Consulting (e.g., Brokerage Firm, Capgemini, or similar tier-1 environments).

• Communication:Top-tier verbal and written English communication skills—ability to articulate complex technical and business topics clearly to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

• Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of financial products, regulatory technology, capital markets, or retail/commercial banking systems.

• Tooling: Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint for executive status reporting.

• Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly desirable.
