Pay Range: $55 - $57.82/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management to align materials, orders, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Support resolution of roadblocks by gathering information, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-through.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced project management environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• X+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced Excel expertise to build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and leadership updates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify issues and support the development of corrective actions.
• Experience working effectively with diverse groups to drive alignment and maintain project momentum.
