Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Seeking an independent, results-driven Project Manager to drive the adoption of a technology platform across production support teams. This role will coordinate multiple teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and keep deliverables on track. The ideal candidate takes ownership, follows through without constant supervision, and communicates effectively with technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own project planning and execution, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines
• Coordinate teams with competing priorities, establish accountability, and follow up on commitments
• Identify risks, obstacles, and dependencies; resolve issues and escalate when needed
• Use data to track progress, identify gaps, and support decision-making
• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior and C-level leaders
• Partner with product SMEs to support adoption and address product questions
• Maintain project tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience with ownership from planning through completion
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated success keeping multiple teams aligned and meeting delivery targets
• Strong communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using JIRA and enterprise project reporting tools
• Comfort manipulating and presenting data, with familiarity across Excel, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Power BI. Dashboard development is not required
• General understanding of application and infrastructure environments, including familiarity with Python and the ability to hold credible discussions with technical teams
• Ability to explain project challenges, actions taken, outcomes, and communication with executive leadership

Desired skills:

• Financial services experience
• Experience driving technology adoption across production support teams
• Familiarity with technology platforms used for operational readiness and cutover management

Pay range:$50.42 - $58.42 per hour
