Responsibilities
- Plan and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between IT, Operations, Accounting, and other functional teams, translating each group's priorities and constraints into a shared project plan.
- Run regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder check-ins; maintain clear, consistent project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports).
- Identify and resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and resource contention before they become blockers.

- Track project health (scope, schedule, budget, risk) and escalate proactively when a project is at risk.
- Partner with functional managers to ensure resources are allocated appropriately without disrupting day-to-day departmental operations.
- Support post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- PMP Certified with 3–6 years of project management experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or IT project delivery.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment and warehouse operations, as well as related technology systems.
- Experience leading IT projects involving WMS, OMS, ERP, or ecommerce integrations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
