Project Manager -Early Detection Platform

Location: Remote (West Coast preferred; Southern California ideal)

About the Role

HALO is rapidly expanding our Early Detection Platform offering, launching multiple new imaging center partners every month. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager (PMP required) who can own the execution of our rollout process, lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings, manage Monday.com workflows, escalate risks early, and keep every stakeholder aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end rollout timelines for all client launches.
  • Lead weekly launch calls across multiple accounts with internal teams and client partners.
  • Track progress via Monday.com dashboards, Gantt charts, and dependency views.
  • Present launch status, risks, timelines, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tasks across IT, Operations, HR, AOE, and Clinical teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Distribute templates, documentation, and updated materials for each launch.
  • Escalate risks early and drive mitigation plans.

Monday.com Ownership & Workflow Development

  • Own and manage HALO’s Monday.com launch infrastructure.
  • Build workflows for dependencies, automated reminders, stakeholder-specific views, risk logs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to scale the system for 10–20+ monthly rollouts.

Process Improvement & Operations Enablement

  • Partner with operational leadership to review post-mortems and implement approved updates.
  • Assist with SOP updates, documentation improvements, and workflow refinements.
  • Maintain organized file structures and SharePoint resources.
  • Reinforce follow-up cadence, communication expectations, and task ownership among AOEs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

  • Communicate task owners, deadlines, and expectations clearly.
  • Facilitate alignment across IT, Operations, HR, AOEs, Clinical, and Product.
  • Present rollout progress and risks to executives.
  • Provide clear action items after stakeholder calls.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • PMP Certification — required
  • 2–3+ years of project management or implementation experience
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through implementation/go-live
  • Strong project planning, dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple launches or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional project meetings and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
  • Strong presentation and status-reporting skills
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar systems
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint

Highly Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • New healthcare site or clinic launches
  • Healthcare partner implementations
  • Diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, or genetic testing program launches
  • Clinical program or healthcare service implementations
  • Multi-site healthcare rollouts
  • Healthcare technology implementations
  • New-site operational readiness
  • Provider or clinical workflow implementation
  • Training and onboarding associated with new site launches
  • Coordinating clinical, operational, technology, staffing, and partner workstreams

Experience specifically within diagnostics, imaging, laboratory services, genetics/genetic testing, oncology, preventative health, or early-detection programs is a strong plus.

Who You Are

You are someone who enjoys turning complex launches into organized, executable plans. • Comfortable managing multiple launches at different stages simultaneously
  • A strong meeting facilitator who keeps discussions focused on decisions and action
  • Comfortable working directly with healthcare partners and senior leaders
  • Able to translate complex projects into clear milestones and ownership
  • Persistent about follow-up and accountability
  • Quick to identify risks and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a rapidly scaling environment
