We value clear communication, ownership, and practical problem-solving to help teams deliver projects on time and within scope.## Role OverviewAs a Project Manager at Lakhiinc (Frisco, TX), you will plan, coordinate, and drive cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for early-career to mid-level professionals (0–5 years) who are eager to build strong project leadership skills while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable results.## Key Responsibilities* Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, milestones, schedules, and resource coordination* Facilitate project kickoff, status, and stakeholder meetings; document decisions, actions, and next steps* Track progress against plan, identify dependencies, and remove blockers in collaboration with team leads* Manage project budgets by forecasting costs, tracking spend, and escalating variances as needed* Own risk management by identifying risks/issues early, maintaining logs, and driving mitigation plans* Maintain project documentation (plans, timelines, RAID logs, change requests, and status reports)* Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, including risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations* Support change management by coordinating approvals and ensuring scope changes are evaluated and documented* Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project processes## Required Skills & Qualifications* 0–5 years of experience supporting or managing projects in a professional environment* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority* Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) with a stakeholder-focused mindset* Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple workstreams* Working knowledge of budgeting concepts (forecasting, tracking, variance awareness)* Experience with risk management practices (identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation)* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements## Preferred Qualifications* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)* Experience using project tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar* Exposure to reporting dashboards and basic data analysis for project tracking* Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus## What Success Looks Like* Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to stakeholder expectations* Risks and issues are identified early, communicated clearly, and managed proactively* Stakeholders receive consistent, accurate status updates and feel confident in delivery plans* Teams are well-coordinated with clear priorities, ownership, and next steps* Project processes and documentation are organized, current, and audit-ready## Work Location* Frisco, TX* Work arrangement (on-site/hybrid/remote) will be discussed during the interview process based on business needs
