Project Manager

Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Location: Whippany, NJ
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and end-to-end funding processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and issuers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the investment lifecycle with the goal of settling the private debt transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
• Help lead projects to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements where applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven success supporting institutional clients, funds, or investment portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and leverages AI/automation tools to streamline workflows while maintaining risk controls.
