Project Objective & Requirements

The project is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the sub-project “Digital Knowledge Platform with Anonymization Tool and Chatbot.”

Ideally, the candidate should have several years of experience managing:

• Document Management projects

• Knowledge Management projects

• AI projects

• Data projects

• Digitalization projects

Experience managing TÜV SÜD IT-PEx, information security, and data protection processes within complex corporate structures is desirable. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, particularly Azure, SharePoint, and M365, is an advantage.

Main Project Goal

Develop and launch an MVP consisting of:

• An automated anonymization solution

• A central knowledge database

• A chatbot

The solution will:

• Automate the anonymization of expert reports.

• Build a central knowledge database containing anonymized reports and other documents.

• Introduce a chatbot for searching information and supporting the preparation of expert reports.

Project Background

TÜV SÜD is developing a digital knowledge platform based on historical expert reports, combined with a chatbot, as part of its entry into a new business area.

The target architecture and high-level concept are already available. The main focus is on managing and implementing the technical realization.

A Proof of Concept (PoC) for automated anonymization of relevant text and images is currently being finalized and will serve as the basis for the production implementation of the anonymization tool. An existing chatbot infrastructure is also available as the technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT project operationally for planning and implementing the anonymization tool, knowledge database, and chatbot.

• Translate technical and organizational requirements into actionable work packages, project plans, and implementation activities.

• Work closely with the business department and TÜV SÜD Digital Service GmbH.

• Coordinate, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements.

• Work with business teams, Data Protection, Information Security, and IT service providers.

• Manage project stakeholders.

• Coordinate approval, security, data protection, and decision-making processes, particularly within the IT-PEx environment.

• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk management, and management documentation.

• Ensure the MVP is delivered on time by the end of the project.

• Work closely with the project managers responsible for the main project concerning entry into the new business area.

Documentation & Meetings

• Project documentation will be maintained in MS Teams, and where applicable, Azure DevOps.

• Coordination meetings will take place at least once a week.
