Job Details:

Job Title: Project Manager
Location:Remote (Need candidates from Bay Area, CA)
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Description:

PM Skill: Finance, AI governance, Process, Program Management.

Project Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through closure.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technology, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Finance Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Track project costs, financial benefits, and ROI.
  • Support business case development and investment planning.
  • Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
AI Governance
  • Support implementation of AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
  • Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • Coordinate risk assessments and governance reviews.
  • Monitor project adherence to Responsible AI standards and organizational policies.
Process Improvement
  • Analyze and document current business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Facilitate process redesign workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and track process performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and external partners.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams.
