We are looking for a Program & Project Management Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and project governance standards. This role works closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams to coordinate project activities, manage risks and changes, and contribute to successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage and track project change requests and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support budget tracking and project financial management.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to established methodologies and standards.
- Escalate issues when required and support resolution of project conflicts.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members.
- Contribute to project status reporting and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications
- 4+ year of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
- Experience working in client-facing environments.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and verbal).
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
