Pay Range: $30 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects from point of sale acceptance through delivery and installation at the customer site.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party contractors to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Document all project-related activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and related project documentation.
  • Maintain full project load while meeting key project metrics and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
  • Identify technical problems and coordinate solutions to ensure successful project installations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1+ year of Project Coordination experience or3+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Ability to coordinate, track, document, and measure all aspects of installation projects for hospitality, commercial, and energy management electronic key solutions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to root cause potential issues in complex projects.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Project Coordination or Project Management related certifications or program degree desired.
  • Previous experience in a position that required significant exposure to high-profile customers and projects.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and commercial construction and/or real estate.
