About The Job:
- The PMO role is critical for establishing governance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across multiple projects.
- The individual will act as a central point for project coordination, reporting, and risk management, enabling successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish and enforce PM methodology and governance standards.
- Run SteerCo meetings, track decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Consolidate project charters, scope, and WBS across projects.
- Maintain resource requirements and inform account-level PMO.
- Coordinate onboarding and backfilling with delivery leads.
- Monitor utilization and productivity; trigger load balancing.
- Track SOW dates with respective Project Managers.
- Maintain consolidated RAID register and escalation thresholds.
- Facilitate risk mitigation and cross-project dependency resolution.
- Conduct weekly risk reviews and track action owners.
- Map stakeholders and maintain communication plans and cadence.
- Provide executive dashboards and narrative status reports.
- Manage expectations, facilitate decisions, and document outcomes.
- Experience Range: 6-8 Years
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Expertise in Project Management, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and PM tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to perform risk analysis, budgeting, and governance activities.
- Exposure to RPA, Low Code platforms, and process automation.
- Experience in creating training material and conducting gap analysis.
- Familiarity with financial tracking, ROI calculation, and FTE optimization.
- MBA or equivalent in Management / Data Analytics preferred.
- Engineering or technical background is a plus.
