Support Product and Operation teams in managing project-related activities, particularly those involving rate card and rate code mapping between ISP and IT teams.
Assist the Media Sales team in supporting event activities and other operational needs, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
Assist with project coordination and administrative activities to ensure relevant information, requests, and follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
Prepare and maintain meeting documentation, including taking minutes during the weekly Media Business team meeting and summarizing key discussions.
Record and organize action items and follow-ups from meetings to support effective team coordination and project progress.
Collaborate with relevant teams to support the smooth execution of project and business-related activities.

Adaptive and proactive, with the ability to adjust to different tasks and take initiative when supporting project activities.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and meeting notes.
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
Willing to work onsite and support business or event-related activities when required.
