Job Description:
- The Knowledge Advancement and Insights (KAI) team optimizes portfolio execution by developing digital tools that accelerate access to insights through enhanced connectivity and integration of people, processes, and systems.
- You will support the evolution of digital transformation and organizational change management initiatives that enable how teams work across Operations.
- Serve as Project Manager for a new digital application in development, organizing user requirements, facilitating meetings, and working with product owners to create user stories for developers.
- Develop change management assets – Create communications, trainings, and adoption resources that help employees successfully navigate new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Develop project management onboarding and upskilling assets
- Leverage AI and digital technologies
- 5 or more years of experience preferred in Project Management
- Ability to create training materials or digital processes - PDF documents, Videos, etc
- 5 or more years Agile or Jira experience
