🚀 What You'll Architect

As aProject Management & AI Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of innovative AI initiatives while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.

This role is ideal for a student who combines strong organizational and communication skills with a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and hands-on experience building AI solutions, agents, or automation projects.

You will help ensure projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI initiatives deliver meaningful value.

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of AI and innovation initiatives.

• Organize project activities, timelines, priorities, and documentation.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

• Collaborate with AI specialists, consultants, and business teams.

• Participate in the definition and improvement of project management processes.

• Help structure requirements, meeting outcomes, and project deliverables.

• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency through Artificial Intelligence and automation.

• Support the creation, testing, and implementation of AI agents and AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Students currently pursuing their professional internship/practicum in programs such as: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration and, other related fields.

• English B2+ (required).

• Comfortable participating in meetings, presentations, and day-to-day conversations in English.

• Available to start a university internship according to academic requirements.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

• Practical experience through academic, personal, research, or extracurricular projects involving AI.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning

• Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them

• Structured communication skills to document solutions and present technical ideas clearly
