Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend senior developer with 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on Java Spring MVC and Google cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs that support our applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Java Spring, spring batch, GCP and the effective use of AI copilot tools to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs using Java Spring MVC.
• Design, develop & deploy java application in GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize AI copilot tools to streamline development processes and improve code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Java Spring MVC.
• Google cloud platform.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in using AI copilot tools for code generation and optimization.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Spring Batch and its implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
