Job Summary

The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, project monitoring, status reporting, and implementation of moderate to complex business solutions. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and develop project specifications.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and business units.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and communicate project updates to leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project management standards.
• Promote communication, accountability, and consistent project management practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Project Coordination and Project Management experience.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, and status reporting.
• 3+ years of Cross-Divisional Leadership and coordination across multiple teams.
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Engagement and relationship management.
• 3+ years of Communication and Facilitation, including leadership presentations.
• 3+ years of Process Improvement and workflow optimization.
• 3+ years of Risk and Issue Management, including mitigation planning and escalation management.
• 3+ years of Documentation and Reporting, including dashboards and executive reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Proven leadership, accountability, and project execution experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
