Project Engineer – (EMS Platform Services)
Location: (Remote)

Job description :
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Accountability: Oversee technical aspects of EMS Platform Services project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Customer Interface: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and serving as the link with the customer teams.
- Configure and integrate EMS Platform Services modules (Day-Ahead, Real-Time, Settlements, Pricing) in customer environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (design notes, configuration guides, test procedures).
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, NERC CIP, customer quality processes.
- Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience withEMS Platform Services or similar energy market management systems.(must have).
- Education: Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering (must have).
- Location: Remote with flexibility to travel as required.
· Familiarity with wholesale electricity market operations (Day-Ahead, Real-Time, Settlements).
· Knowledge of power system economics and optimization principles.
· Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
· Understanding of networking, system integration, and cybersecurity standards.
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, qTest, and automation frameworks.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
