How You'll Succeed

- Problem-Solver: You find patterns in incomplete information by asking the right questions. You separate facts from assumptions and turn information into practical, decision-ready recommendations.
- Agile: You're hands-on and comfortable switching between working on your own and collaborating across teams, and you help the people around you succeed. You do well in a multi-site, matrixed environment, adjust your style to your audience, and want to grow with the company.
