Project Development Supervisor

Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City

Salary:₱35,000 to ₱43,000,

Work Arrangement:On-site

Work Schedule:Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering degree or a Business-related course.

• With two (2) to three (3) years of experience in independent contracting, project development, or a related field.

• Proficient in budget management, bidding, and financial analysis.

• Experienced as a Real Estate Warrantor, Property Insurance Underwriter, Risk 

• Assessor, or in a similar role involving property evaluation, risk management, or insurance.

• Experience in real estate finishing works is an advantage.

• Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhill

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of property or development projects from initial planning through completion.

• Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Monitors project timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality standards, and overall progress.

• Assists in securing and monitoring permits, approvals, project documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Identifies project risks, resolves issues, prepares progress reports, and recommends improvements to ensure successful project completion.
