Project Coordinator (Junior)
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of pipeline integrity and maintenance programs. Reporting to the Manager of Gas Projects In-Line Inspection (ILI), this role will work closely with project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Planning

Support the planning and execution of In-Line Inspection (ILI/smart pigging), maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning programs
-
Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with safety, schedule, cost, and operational objectives

Assist in managing project constraints, risks, and resource requirements
-
Track project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders
Field Coordination & Operations Support

Support field implementation of pipeline integrity and maintenance programs

Coordinate activities with:

Gas Control

Pipe Integrity

Operations Planning

Commercial Operations

Engineering teams

Internal Pigging Group

Assist with facility inspections and project scoping activities

Support launcher and receiver installation planning and coordination

Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors when required
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project documentation and daily reporting

Track project costs and Client requirements
-
Prepare technical analyses and recommendations
-
Support contingency planning and procedure development
-
Provide project support to head office teams as needed
Safety & Continuous Improvement

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Promote safe work practices across all project activities

Support training initiatives and development of project coordination procedures

Assist in mentoring and supporting regional project coordinators when required
Required Qualifications
-
0–4 years of project coordination, operations, construction, engineering, or related experience
-
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
-
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America

Bachelor's degree in:

Technical Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field

Pipeline operations, construction, or integrity management experience

Gas handling or survey experience

Experience coordinating field projects

Strong computer literacy and proficiency with project documentation tools
Working Environment

Based in Charleston, WV

Field-based role with regular travel throughout North America

Valid passport required

Ability to work extended hours when operationally required
