Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in the IT Infrastructure sector. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, industrial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project management activities and ensuring smooth operations on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of project coordination or project controls experience
• Experience with SAP or equivalent financial tracking systems
• Strong document management and reporting skills
• Comfortable working in an active industrial site environment
• Salt Lake City based or willing to relocate — on-site presence required
• Prior work experience in mining, utilities, energy, or heavy industry is preferred

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in vendor invoicing and contract administration
• Familiarity with SharePoint and InEight for document control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administration
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, RAID register, and status reports
• Track budget actuals and forecasts in SAP and flag variances to the Project Manager
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage follow-up actions across stakeholders
• Support onboarding logistics during the transition period
