Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid 
Duration: 7 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr on w2 - without benefits
 
Overview:

Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support a large-scale corporate data migration initiative. This role will focus on operational execution, spreadsheet management, data validation, and process monitoring within an established automated workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets in a professional environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive operational tasks
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
• Experience with reporting, data cleanup, operations support, or administrative coordination
• Experience using macros or automated spreadsheet processes is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Run reports and execute established operational processes
• Manage and validate data within Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Execute prebuilt macros and automated workflows
• Review process outputs and identify discrepancies or failed records
• Perform data cleanup and rerun failed transactions as needed
• Support account setup and maintenance activities for T&E card users
• Ensure execution results align with intended outcomes
• Escalate data quality or process concerns appropriately
