- Coordinate multiple manufacturing projects from kickoff through production and shipment
- Serve as a primary customer contact for schedules, approvals, and project updates
- Support engineering, estimating, purchasing, and production teams with project documentation and communication
- Track project schedules, costs, billing documentation, and change orders
- Enter and manage sales orders, timelines, and documentation in ERP system (ECi M1)
- Maintain organized project files, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and specifications
- Identify potential schedule or production risks and escalate appropriately
- Assist with project closeout documentation and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Business, or related fieldOR relevant internship/work experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in manufacturing processes and project coordination
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in project coordination, project management support, or manufacturing administration
- Experience managing project schedules, customer communication, and documentation
- Familiarity with change orders, billing processes, and production coordination preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is a plus

- Financial awareness (job cost tracking, billing support, forecasting assistance)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP systems experience preferred
