As an architectural project coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of an architectural project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. Your duties may include:- Project Planning and Management: You will be responsible for planning and managing the project from start to finish, including developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met.2. Budget Management: You will also be responsible for managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget.3. Communication: You will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers. You will need to be able to effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and budgets to all stakeholders.4. Coordination: You will need to coordinate with all parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors, to ensure that the project runs smoothly and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.5. Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and that all project deliverables meet the expectations of the client.6. Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and other project-related documents.7. Risk Management: You will need to identify and manage project risks, including issues related to safety, quality, and budget, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.8. Problem-Solving: You will need to be able to identify and solve problems that arise during the course of the project, such as issues related to project scheduling, budgeting, or coordination with stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project coordination or project management. You should have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also be proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
