(preference)Denver, CO (Kipling Service Center - 10001 W Hampden Ave, Lakewood, CO 80227) or Minneapolis, MN (Marshall Operations Center - 3356 Marshall St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
Hybrid schedule: required in-office Tuesday - Thursday. Work from home option Monday/Friday.
Gathers, analyzes, submits and monitors necessary journal entries/reclasses through Business Area Accounting and Capital Asset Accounting for Distribution Operations organization. Manages end to end process and ensures all relavent deadline are met. Understanding of distinction between Capital and Operations & Maintenance work and basic accounting principals. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office. SAP ECC knowledge a plus.
1. Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
responsible for).
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary
actions are completed efficiently. The individual will work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive
additional lists as needed.
What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?
ï‚· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
ï‚· Strong attention to detail
ï‚· Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed
2. What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)?
ï‚· Strong communication skills
ï‚· Team-oriented and adaptable
ï‚· Prior experience in customer service is a plus

ï‚· Experience working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required
ï‚· Experience with work order management is beneficial
