Location: Austin TX - onsite
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
- Work closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of program deliverables.
- Accountable for collecting inputs & ordering project hardware including boards, CPU’s, & misc system items used in validation, monitoring the delivery schedule and managing allocations.
- Responsible for lab management including ordering supplies, maintaining & tracking board, materials, & equipment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in client PC or server system design and validation; OS based testing tools and environments; and failure resolution and tracking.
- Experience working in SOC/System organization Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced skills (pivot tables, reports) with Excel and PowerPoint a plus Strong organizational & communication skills
Academic Credentials:
- Bachelors in business or engineering & 1+ years related experience
