Job Title: Project Coordinator 1

Austin TX

12 months contract
Description: Key Responsibilities:

Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
Work closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of program deliverables.
Accountable for collecting inputs & ordering project hardware including boards, CPU's, & misc system items used in validation, monitoring the delivery schedule and managing allocations.
Responsible for lab management including ordering supplies, maintaining & tracking board, materials, & equipment

Preferred Experience:
Experience in client PC or server system design and validation; OS based testing tools and environments; and failure resolution and tracking.
Experience working in SOC/System organization
Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced skills (pivot tables, reports) with Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Strong organizational & communication skills

Academic Credentials:
Bachelors in business or engineering & 1+ years related experience
