About the Role:We're seeking a Project Controls Manager (Business Improvement Manager ) to drive efficiency and innovation across our construction management projects in North America. In this role, you'll optimize processes, lead lean initiatives, and enhance project controls—ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery for corporate offices, refineries, and other key sites. What You'll Do:
  • Analyze & Improve – Evaluate business processes to boost productivity, cut costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Train & Mentor – Develop and deliver operations training while coaching teams on lean methodologies.
  • Oversee Project Controls – Monitor cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project performance.
  • Lead Change – Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement engineered labor standards.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with operations managers to embed best practices across sites.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience training teams in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results.
