Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.Summary:As an Internal Support Agent, you will drive operational excellence by managing incoming requests from internal stakeholders, assisting SPDs with partner issues, and supporting the Global Partnership team. You will handle core transactional workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Resolve inquiries from internal stakeholders, assist SPDs with partner issues, and support Global Partnership team members.- Partner with multiple teams to solve problems, execute team-wide projects, and drive launch initiatives.- Manage data entry, system retrieval, and transactions efficiently with minimal direction.- Process Purchase Orders, submit invoices, manage fee increases or fund additions, and track cycles to ensure timely payment processing.- Create and validate accounts, resolve setup issues, track partners in the CRM, maintain accurate data, and execute scaled email outreach.- Investigate and resolve partner issues (PO, Ariba/onboarding, invoices), following established escalation paths.- Research and summarize information, produce standardized correspondence, verify data accuracy, and maintain systems following documentation standards.Required Qualifications & Skills ·        A bachelor’s degree in Finance or 1+ relevant experience is preferred ·       Preferrred experience in one or more of the following areas: Billing / PO Request , Partner Onboarding and Maintenance , PO and Invoice Troubleshooting ·        2+ years of customer service/partner management experience ·        Proven written and oral communication skills ·        Knowledge of Google environment and/or tools: Docs, Sheets. Ariba, GUTS, Buganizer is a plus ·        Ability to work on tight daily deadlines ·        Must be well organized, goal oriented and self-motivated ·        Demonstrated ability to be flexible, think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail ·       Strong adaptability and/or resiliency to changesMinimum 2 year(s) of experience is requiredAbout Accenture
