Programme PMO- Military derivatives (F/H)

Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Spaceis looking for aPATMAR programme PMO to join ourDepartmentbased in Toulouse, France.

PATMAR programme is being defined as a Derivative Civil Airbus platform (A321). It is a new product that is being defined (a Maritine Patrol Aircraft, based on a A321 platform, apart from other DGA requirements). The DGA has contracted Airbus with an initial phase of EDLR, (18 months) with a global time frame of the programme going beyond 2030.

Your challenges:

This position is defined to be part of the PMO MFT, whose mission is to ensure the achievement of every programme objective, through the integration and coordination of the following processes:

• Integrated Planning management
• Risk and Opportunities management
• Integration and coordination with the rest of PM processes (configuration management, requirements management, cost management, data management).

The direct responsibilities of the PATMAR PMO are: Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources and quality data. Programme / Project planning and scheduling including breakdown structures. Risk and opportunity management. Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews. Contractual Data Configuration Control / Change management. PM process and tools implementation management.

Your profile:

• Proven programme and/or project management (office) skills (2-3 years, Airbus PM certification silver/bronze level or PMI PMP certification)
• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities,
• Proven experience with complex products, in best case for aircraft systems (2-3 years)
• Proven process, methods & tools skills (trainings, years of experience with UP Dev, ARM, office, confluence/jira or similar)
• Proven soft skills / networking skills
• Proven flexibility
• Proven simplifier
• Proven self-motivation and creativity (examples where you have been creative resulting in a finished product of whatever kind w/o an available recipe)
• Proven customer focus, result orientation and anticipation mindset
• Gaps in all above expectations can be compensated by a proven fast learning talent (what have you achieved faster compared to the competition in relevant areas)
